Purpose: The purpose of this research was to identify the most common and severe types pathologic diseases surrounding impacted mandibular third molars using radiographic imaging. Cases procedures: An analysis past patients who had extracted at Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Cat D Hospital Gara Tajik Peshawar. Impacted molar lesions, patient age gender were used as study's outcome measures. Caries, pericoronal radiolucent areas, periapical odontomes, external resorption roots adjacent second also noted on radiographs molar. Histopathology confirmed presence bone marrow in all regions. Results: There 2,832 that been studied from 1,397 individuals; 49.4 percent teeth associated abnormalities. Dental cavities prevalent abnormality detected by panoramic radiography. Other examples type radiolucency can be found periphery cortex tip apex. Histological chronic inflammation primary cause examination revealed spots located around corona malignant cysts or tumours.
